Sprouted ragi balls
1 cup sprouted ragi flour
¾ cup powdered jaggery
4-5 pods powdered cardamom
2-3 tbsps ghee
- Heat a kadai and dry roast the flour until you get an aroma.
- Mix flour and jaggery together, after the flour cools. Then add cardamom and mix well. Add ghee little by little and make into small balls.
