Wheat laddu
¼ kg whole wheat flour¼ kg sugar
20 g cashewnuts
a few raisins
cardamom
200 g ghee
1 coconut
1. Fry the wheat flour in a little ghee until lightly browned. Powder the sugar and chop cashews into small pieces. Powder the cardamom.
2. Fry the coconut until light brown. Mix all ingredients together. Heat the remaining ghee and pour into mixture. Make small balls or laddus with this mix.
