Sprouted ragi balls

1 cup sprouted ragi flour

¾ cup powdered jaggery

4-5 pods powdered cardamom

2-3 tbsps ghee

 

  1. Heat a kadai and dry roast the flour until you get an aroma.

  2. Mix flour and jaggery together, after the flour cools. Then add cardamom and mix well. Add ghee little by little and make into small balls.
