Curried potatoes

1/4 kg potatoes (baby potatoes preferred)                                    
curry powder, salt, black pepper powder, turmeric—to taste
4 tbsp cooking oil
1. Wash potatoes. Cut in half without peeling.

2. Preheat oven for about 10 min at 200 degrees C.

3. Place the potatoes in an oven proof dish. Add the salt, pepper, turmeric, curry powder and oil. Mix so as to have the potatoes coated
evenly with this mixture and bake for about 15-20 min till done.
