Meet the people of reStore
reStore is a community organization — the expression of the enthusiasm and dedicated work of many people. Spontaneous volunteerism has been the norm at reStore, blurring the lines between shop-keepers, farmers and customers. This involvement provides the space its unique warm character. Besides the people mentioned below, we are grateful for the contributions of a number of volunteers and part-time staff.

Gomathi K
Customer service and stock management. A mother of two grown children, Gomati has been a pillar of our operations and is known for her friendliness and swift work. She loves to play with little kids.
Karthik
Operations manager. Karthik brings in a trusting, transparent mode of working. He loves performing children’s theatre. His alarm clock is a daily challenge and is snoozed at least four times!
Beema John
Customer service, accounts and ledger management. A mother of two children, she is keen to work on creating more awareness about organic food. Beema loves to be in nature.
Thendral
Pre-order collation, vegetable sale tracking, bulk bin top-ups, stock maintenance. He enjoys listening to retro songs and riding pillion on a bike!
Gobinath E
Artwork, night guard, receiving stock, pet-care. Gobi is an artist who loves working with young children to facilitate their self-expression.
Meena Kumari
Customer service, maintenance & stock management. A mother of two children, interested in exploring organic food & lifestyle. She loves riding two-wheelers including motorcycles!
Sivakami
Grain cleaning, Housekeeping. A hardworking contributor, hers is a warm, consistent and affectionate presence.
Rajendran
Grounds and garden maintenance. A very hardworking staff-member, he works 3 jobs a day.
Velmurugan
Garden maintenance and housekeeping. Dedicated and has a unique interest in the work.
